The room was super comfy, with a nice layout. Loved how close we were to the subway—got us around the city quick! Breakfast spread was solid, but it got a little repetitive after a few days. the decor was somewhat modern, though I would’nt call it fabulous. Also, there wasn't even a hand dryer in the lobby bathroom, really? For $120 a night, I expected an upgrade or complimentary snacks at the least. And what's with the staff? They seem to ignore requests when you're not putting in a reservation. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
